The Great Escape
Carrying atmosphere forward.
What passes for stillness carries its own hidden orbit. A kind of harbor disguised as armor, the visor reflecting back its own garden. A ship in miniature, carrying its own atmosphere forward. Serenity isn’t resolution, it’s recalibration. A refusal to collapse, a room for a voice held quiet, oxygenated in pink.
The Great Escape Exhibit
I’m honored (and grateful) to share that five of my paintings are part of THE GREAT ESCAPE, an invitational celebrating 25 years of Blue Gallery.
Opening Reception & Anniversary Party
Thursday, October 2, 6–9 PM
The exhibition runs through November 29, 2025.
Dress theme: Black & Gold (bring your sparkle).
Blue Gallery will also host a raffle benefiting Rose Brooks Center.
If you’re near Kansas City, I encourage you to visit the exhibition and meet Kelly. Her gallery is lovely! I won’t be able to attend the reception, but I’d love for you to experience it in person.
